Welcome to Boostmysites! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including online training programs, placement assistance, and mentorship (“Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Boostmysites offers three distinct Online/Offline IT job placement training programs:

a) Mobile Application Development Program: Learn to build mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

b) Data Science and AI Program: Acquire essential skills in data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

c) Python Full Stack Development Program: Master the Python programming language and build both front-end and back-end web applications.

Each program provides comprehensive technical training and dedicated one-on-one mentorship from experienced professionals with at least 3 years of industry experience. We also offer 90 days of guaranteed placement assistance, securing you a minimum of 10 interviews by the program’s end. Few other features like Resume building, HR psychology sessions, Salary negotiation, background verification, internship experience letter, program completion certificate are included.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

To enroll in our programs, you must be at least 18 years old with minimum 12th grade pass. Enrollment requires completing the registration process and paying the program fees in full ( or EMI with financing options provided by the financing partners of Boostmysites). You acknowledge that the program features and curriculum may be subject to change at Boostmysites’ discretion.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All program fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to all cancellations, deferrals, and withdrawals, regardless of the reason. We do not offer trials or partial refunds. By enrolling in a program, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Services Delivery

Our programs combine live and recorded sessions for your convenience and flexibility. Live sessions occur through video conferencing at mutually agreed-upon times with your dedicated mentor. Recorded sessions allow you to learn key concepts at your own pace. We expect you to devote 2-3 hours daily to program activities, including live sessions, recorded sessions, and self-study.

5. Attendance and Missed Sessions

There is no mandatory attendance requirement for live sessions. However, consistent participation and engagement are crucial for your success. Missed sessions due to unforeseen circumstances can be rescheduled with your mentor. We encourage you to communicate promptly regarding any anticipated absences to your Client Manager.

6. Assignments and Completion

Our programs are designed to be practical and hands-on, with minimal emphasis on traditional assignments. However, completing the program curriculum and actively participating in learning activities are essential for your progress.

7. Mentorship and Support

Each program participant is assigned a dedicated mentor with extensive industry experience. Your mentor will provide personalized guidance, feedback, and support throughout your learning journey. You can communicate with your mentor through video conferencing, email, or other agreed-upon means. In case of any concerns or issues with your mentor, you can reach out to our management team for assistance.

8. Placement Assistance

We offer 90 days of guaranteed placement assistance to all program graduates. Our career services team will actively work with you to prepare for interviews, build your resume, and connect you with relevant job opportunities. You are guaranteed a minimum of 10 interviews within the 90-day period.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, LMS and content provided through our Services are the property of Boostmysites or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” and without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through our Services. We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

Boostmysites reserves the right to terminate your access to our Services at any time and for any reason, without notice. We may also terminate your access if you violate any of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.

13. Modifications

Boostmysites reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on our website. Your continued use of our Services after we post any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  LMS Terms and Conditions – Privacy and Usage

1. Access and Usage:

Access to the LMS (Learning Management System) is granted solely to registered users of Boostmysites programs. Sharing account credentials or access with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.

Downloading, copying, or distributing any content from the LMS, including recorded videos, course materials, or assessments, is strictly prohibited. Any such unauthorized activity may lead to legal consequences, including hefty compensation claims ( Upto INR 20,00,000 in words Twenty lakh Rupees).

Users are expected to utilize the LMS for their personal learning and career development purposes only. Any attempt to exploit the platform for commercial gain or illegal activities will not be tolerated and may result in account termination.

2. Intellectual Property:

All content on the LMS, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and quizzes, is the exclusive property of Boostmysites or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited.

Users retain ownership of any original work they create within the LMS, such as assignments or project submissions. However, by submitting such work, users grant Boostmysites a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the work for marketing and promotional purposes.

3. User Reviews and Testimonials:

Users may choose to submit video reviews or testimonials about their experience with Boostmysites programs. By submitting their review, users consent to the use of their video and associated voice recording for marketing and promotional purposes on Boostmysites’ website, social media channels, and other promotional materials.

Boostmysites reserves the right to edit or decline the use of any user review that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful to its reputation.

4. Privacy Policy:

Boostmysites is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Our Privacy Policy outlines the specific types of personal information we collect, how we use it, and with whom it may be shared. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more detailed information.

Our Principles Boostmysites has designed this policy to be consistent with the following principles: Privacy policies should be human readable and easy to find. Data collection, storage, and processing should be simplified as much as possible to enhance security, ensure consistency, and make the practices easy for users to understand. Data practices should always meet the reasonable expectations of users.

Personal Information Collects and How it is Used As used in this policy, “personal information” means information that would allow someone to identify you, including your name, email address, IP address, or other information from which someone could deduce your identity.

Company collects and uses personal information in the following ways: 

Website and Fundraising Analytics: When you visit our Websites and use our Services, Company collects some information about your activities through tools such as Google Analytics. The type of information that we collect focuses on general information such as country or city where you are located, pages visited, time spent on pages, heat-map of visitors’ activity on the site, information about the browser you are using, etc. Company collects and uses this information pursuant to our legitimate interest in enhancing the security and utility of our Services. The information we gather and process is used in the aggregate to spot trends without deliberately identifying individuals, except in cases where you engage in a transaction purchasing merchandise, or buying a ticket for an event or program. In those cases, we retains certain information about your visit to the Services pursuant to its legitimate interest in understanding its community of supporters for fundraising purposes, and this information is stored in connection with other personal information you provide to Company.

Information from Cookies: We and our service providers (for example, Google Analytics as described above) may collect information using cookies or similar technologies for the purposes described above and below. Cookies are pieces of information that are stored by your browser on the hard drive or memory of your computer or other Internet access device. Cookies may enable us to personalize your experience on the Services, maintain a persistent session, passively collect demographic information about your computer, and monitor advertisements and other activities. The Websites may use different kinds of cookies and other types of local storage (such as browser-based or plugin-based local storage).

Log-In Services: When you register to obtain a user account you will be asked to provide personal information to create your account and establish a password and profile. We may use your email address to contact you regarding changes to this policy or other applicable policies. The name or nickname you provide in connection with your account may be used to attribute you in connection with any content you submit to any Service. In addition, whenever you use a company login Service to log into a Website or use the Services, our servers keep a plain text log of the Websites you visit and when you visit them.

Events: you will be asked to provide some personal information, including your name, email address, and other information as needed. Company collects and uses this personal information pursuant to its legitimate interest in organizing and running the relevant event. We may share your personal information with vendors, third party contractors, partner organizations, and volunteers for the purpose of organizing and running the event and related activities.

Emails and Newsletters: When you sign up to receive updates from Boostmysites or otherwise subscribe to one of our mailing lists, you will be asked to provide some personal information.

5. Consequences of Violation:

Any violation of these LMS Terms and Conditions may result in the following consequences:

a) Account suspension or termination

b) Loss of access to the LMS

c) Legal action, including claims for compensation for damages caused by unauthorized use of content or illegal activities.

6. Modifications:

Boostmysites reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the LMS and effective immediately. Your continued use of the LMS after posting any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Loan & Financing  

1. Availability of Financing:

Boostmysites, in collaboration with its partnered NBFCs, offers flexible EMI payment options to make our programs more accessible. The specific loan terms and eligibility criteria will be determined by the chosen NBFC and may vary depending on individual circumstances.

2. Important Conditions:

a) Non-Cancellable Financing: Once approved, financing cannot be cancelled by the candidate. The full loan amount, along with applicable interest and fees, must be repaid to the NBFC according to the agreed-upon terms.

b) Company Disclaimers: Boostmysites is not a financial institution and does not assume any responsibility for loan approvals, interest rates, or repayment terms. We act solely as a facilitator connecting candidates with financing options.

c) Non-Repayment Consequences: The responsibility for timely and complete EMI payments lies entirely with the candidate. Failure to repay the loan may result in late fees, penalties, and potential legal action by the NBFC.

d) Additional Disclosures: Candidates are responsible for reading and understanding the complete loan agreement provided by the chosen NBFC, including all specific terms, conditions, and potential risks.

Refund Policy  

This policy shall apply to all programs and services offered by Boostmysites:

1. Mobile App Development Program

2. Data Science & AI Program 
3. Python Full Stack Development Program
4. Launch your Software company ( Consultancy & Subscription )

Boostmysites will not entertain any request for cancellation or postponement by members after payment of the program/services fees. Members are only allowed to defer the training dates to the next scheduled date only. The company maintains a no refund policy to all those customers who willingly took the program/services after reading the terms and conditions.

NOTE : The no refund policy applies to the advance payment for booking the slots as well.

Term and Conditions for Launching your Software Company (Under Boostmysites Consultancy & Subscription Model)  

1. Subscription:

a. By booking Software consultancy & Subscription Slot, you gain access to a designated period during which you can consult with an Artificial Intelligence expert POC (Point of contact)

b. The subscription duration and the number of consultation sessions included will be provided separately.

2. Software Consultancy & Subscription Clause:

a) Subscription Duration: The Consultancy & Subscription shall have a duration of one (1) year from the date of commencement.

b) Dedicated Marketing Professional: During the Subscription period, the Subscriber shall be entitled to the services of a dedicated marketing professional provided by Boostmysites for training and consultation on the marketing strategies and initiatives of the Subscriber’s company.

c) Client Manager: The Subscriber shall designate a Client Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the Subscriber and the Company. The Client Manager shall facilitate the coordination of activities and ensure effective communication throughout the Subscription period.

d) Technical Team Access Clause: For any technical project requirements and developments related to the Subscriber’s initiatives, the Company shall provide access to its technical team, including but not limited to technical leads, developers, project managers, and other relevant members. The Company’s technical team shall collaborate with the Subscriber to fulfill the necessary work mutually agreed upon by both parties.

3. Booking Process:

a. The subscription slot is booked by making an advance payment of 10,000 INR and 2,90,000 INR plus GST to Boostmysites company from the subscriber interest.

b. The booking is confirmed only after the payment has been received.

4. Consultation Sessions:

a. Consultation sessions are provided and will be scheduled based on the availability of the Internal expert/consultant and the participant.

b. The participant and the expert/consultant will mutually agree upon the exact duration and frequency of consultation sessions.

5. Project Valuation and Company’s Share Clause:

The valuation of the project and the proportionate share to be retained by Boostmysites shall be determined by the complexity of the project, the manpower deployed, the duration of development, and the scope of the project. The decision to retain a share, if any, shall be made at the Company’s sole discretion and shall be subject to mutual discussion and agreement with the Subscriber before presenting any quotation to the Subscriber’s client.

The Company reserves the right to ensure that its interests are appropriately safeguarded in projects of varying intricacy and magnitude. This clause is binding and enforceable and serves as a cornerstone of the contract between the Subscriber and the Company.

By agreeing to the terms of this Subscription, the Subscriber acknowledges and accepts the Company’s authority in determining the share of the project value, which may be retained as compensation for services rendered. The Subscriber shall engage in good faith negotiations with the Company to arrive at a mutually agreeable arrangement.

Failure to reach a consensus shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement, and the Company’s discretion in determining its share shall remain final. The Subscriber shall be responsible for conveying this clause to their clients as deemed necessary.

The parties acknowledge and affirm that the primary objective of any project undertaken under this Subscription Agreement is to deliver maximum value to the Subscriber. Accordingly, it is expressly agreed that the majority of the project value, resources, and efforts shall be directed toward fulfilling the needs and requirements of the Subscriber.

6. No Tapping:
AIEs are strictly prohibited from utilizing Boostmysites company resources for personal tasks or projects. If anyone is discovered recording our resources for unauthorized purposes, they will be subject to legal action, and a penalty of 10,00,000/- (Ten lakhs rupees) will be imposed.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

a) No cancellation or refunds will be provided.

8. Transferability:

a) The subscription slot is not transferable to another individual or entity.

b) The organizer reserves the right to deny transfer requests at their discretion.

9. Participant Responsibilities:

a) The participant is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process.

b) The participant agrees to come prepared with specific questions or topics for discussion during the consultation sessions.

10. Purpose and Scope:

Boostmysites and subscriber hereby enter into this Agreement to set forth the terms and conditions regarding subscriber commitment to refrain from engaging in any act of defamation against Boostmysites, as defined below.

11. Liability:

a) The organizer and the consultant are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by the participant during the consultation sessions.

b) The participant agrees to release the organizer and the consultant from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of the subscription slot.

12. NDA:

The subscriber agrees to the following obligations during the term of this Agreement:

a) The subscriber shall not engage in any act of defamation, including but not limited to making false or misleading statements about Boostmysites reputation, business interests, or personal character.

b) The subscriber shall not publish or disseminate any defamatory materials, including through print, broadcast media, electronic platforms, social media, or any other means.

c) The subscriber shall not induce or encourage any Third Party to engage in defamatory acts against Boostmysites.

d) The subscriber shall not participate in any activities or make any statements that may harm Boostmysites reputation or business interests.

13. Confidentiality:

a) Both Boostmysites and the the subscriber agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the consultation sessions.

b) The participant may not disclose or share any confidential information without prior written consent from the Artificial Intelligence expert.

14. Remedies:

a) In the event of a breach of this Agreement by the subscriber, Boostmysites shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief of 2500000 (Twenty-Five Lakhs Only) and any other remedies available under applicable law.

b) The subscribers acknowledges that any defamatory statements made in violation of this Agreement may result in reputational damage, financial loss, and legal consequences.

15. Term and Termination:

a) This NDA shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until 15 years from the commencement of the effective date.

b) Either Party may not terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other Party.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Indian Governing Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

17. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
